Refund policy

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days, provided that the product shows no signs of use and the original packaging is present.
  • For reduced-price items, exchanges are excluded after 7 days.
  • The shipping costs of the original order are non-refundable.

  • We prefer returns to be made directly at one of our stores. Refunds are processed within 24 hours after the item has been returned to the store.
