The customer receives a tracking number, if available.

For deliveries outside these areas, please contact our customer service.
5. responsibility for shipping
As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, the risk of loss or damage during shipping is transferred to the customer.
6. local collection
If available, customers can collect their orders locally free of charge by arrangement.
7. return costs
If a return is necessary, the customer bears the return costs, provided there is no error on our part (e.g. wrong item delivered).
